Due to hygiene reasons, we only accept exchange if the items are incorrectly delivered or have serious defect. Please note that most of our items are handmade and each product finished slightly different.
- We are not responsible for any damage to the product caused by the shipping company or courier handlers. If exchange of goods is needed, please contact us at email@example.com within 48 hours after receiving the items about the issues.
- You are responsible for the return shipping fee. Please make sure you use a postal service that insures you for the value of the items you are returning, or obtain proof of posting. The parcel will remain your responsibility until we receive it.
- Please return the items in their original condition: un-used, in their original packaging, complete with any related accessories and tags. There will be no return if the item has been used and worn.
- Personalized items are non-returnable/non-refundable.
- Each item can only be exchanged once.
